Certification

• Certification is available to licensed professionals in the mental health care sector (psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, marital and family therapists).
• The process includes participation in accredited training programs, ongoing supervision, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Accreditation is valid for five years and must be renewed to ensure continuous professional development and compliance with international standards set by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association (IEDTA).

Therapist Registry

All accredited ISTDP therapists, teachers, and supervisors are listed in our official registry. This directory provides patients, colleagues, and institutions with a reliable source of qualified professionals trained to practice ISTDP responsibly and effectively.
