Marcin Niedzwiedzki
Marcin Niedźwiecki is a psychologist, psychotherapist, academic lecturer, and trainer based in Poland. He graduated in Psychology from the University of Silesia and has additional postgraduate education in Human Resource Management.
Since September 2018, he has been training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). He completed the IEDTA-certified Core Training under the supervision of Josette ten Have-de Labije, PsyD, and has continuously participated in her international Advanced Training Group since graduation.
Marcin works in private practice, providing psychotherapy and psychological consultation. In addition to his clinical work, he has been affiliated with AGH University of Krakow for more than a decade, teaching courses in communication, interpersonal effectiveness, teamwork, leadership, and career development for engineering and computer science students.
Before focusing primarily on psychotherapy, he worked in the fields of human resources, recruitment, coaching, and organizational development. His professional interests include ISTDP, emotional processing, attachment, cognitive psychology, psychotherapy research, and the psychological implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
He is particularly interested in applying psychodynamic principles to the understanding of emotional functioning in highly analytical and technology-oriented populations.
